1.1 All payments made to Pak Rishta for premium memberships, subscriptions, or paid features are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
1.2 By purchasing any paid service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Matchmaking results are not guaranteed
Fees are charged for access to features, not for successful matches or marriages
2.1 Paid subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment.
2.2 No refunds will be provided for:
Partial use of a subscription period
Unused time remaining after cancellation
Failure to find a suitable match
2.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same service
Technical errors resulting in unsuccessful activation of paid features
Unauthorized transactions proven after investigation
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Pak Rishta.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
Inactivity or non-usage of the service
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Change of personal decision or circumstances
Misunderstanding of features or pricing

Modify pricing, features, or subscription plans
