3.1 To access certain features, you must create an account.
3.2 You agree to:
Provide accurate and current personal, family, and contact information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
3.3 You may not:
Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.
Register on behalf of another person without authorization.
Use false names, photos, or misleading details.
4.1 You agree to use Pak Rishta respectfully and lawfully.
4.2 You must not:
Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users.
Upload obscene, vulgar, hateful, or unlawful content.
Misrepresent your marital status, age, religion, or intentions.
Use the platform for dating, casual relationships, or non-matrimonial purposes.
Solicit money, commit fraud, or engage in scams.
4.3 Pak Rishta reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations, including suspension or permanent termination.
5.1 You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including photos, descriptions, and personal details.
5.2 By uploading content, you grant Pak Rishta a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform operations and promotion.
5.3 Pak Rishta may remove or modify any content that:
Violates these Terms
Is misleading, inappropriate, or offensive
Is reported by other users
6.1 Your use of Pak Rishta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
6.2 While Pak Rishta takes reasonable measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.3 You acknowledge that sharing personal information with other users is done at your own risk.
7.1 Pak Rishta may offer free and paid features, including premium memberships.
7.2 All payments:
Are non-refundable unless required by law.
Must be made through authorized payment methods.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pak Rishta shall not be liable for:
Emotional distress
Financial loss
Personal disputes
Misconduct or misrepresentation by users
12.2 Pak Rishta’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pak Rishta, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your interactions with other users
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
